A divine cheese by name and nature. This ‘drunk cheese’ begins with a rich, creamy blue base – Gratin Blu – then is soaked in Barbera d’Asti DOCG. The result is an aromatic, violet-hued rind and a sweet, buttery centre, lifted by delicate veins of Penicillium roqueforti.
