Lean, air-dried beef from the Italian Alps, sliced fresh to order. Bresaola Punta d’Anca is made from a prized top-rump cut, carefully salted and cured to develop its deep ruby colour, tender texture and clean, gently savoury flavour.

Naturally low in fat and high in protein, it is best served simply. Layer onto a plate and finish with extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of lemon, or pair with rocket and Parmigiano for a classic Valtellina-style antipasto.

Perfect for sharing boards, light lunches or an elegant starter.

About The Producer

Salumificio Mottolini is based in Poggiridenti, in Valtellina, the traditional home of bresaola. The cool alpine climate and careful curing methods give their bresaola its clean flavour, deep colour and fine, tender texture.
