Weymouth 51 was founded in 2019 by chef David and visual merchandiser Mikka, who channelled their love of chillies into flavourful, balanced sauces using local Dorset produce. Now teamed up with Mercato Italiano, this chilli oil pairs authentic Umbrian olive oil with carefully toasted Dorset Naga chillies, delivering clean heat and vibrant flavour without overwhelming your palate.
