Gruppo Azzoni has been producing traditional cured meats since 1989 in the heart of Italy. With roots in the Marche and Abruzzo regions, the Azzoni family combine centuries-old butchery traditions with modern, certified facilities. They focus on native Italian breeds, time-honoured ageing techniques and bold regional flavours, from fennel-laced sausages to fiery Calabrian salami. Everything is made in-house, respecting the rhythms of proper maturation and using carefully selected ingredients from trusted local farms.
