About The Producer
DULCIOLIVA is a historic company founded in Piedmont in 1924 by two brothers: Luigi and Cesare Oliva. In their first laboratory, located in Borgo San Dalmazzo, they perfected delicious confectionery recipes for Panettoni, Hazelnut Cakes, Biscuits, Chocolate Pralines and Gianduiotti.
Soon they decided to concentrate on chocolate praline, improving the original recipe: thus the 'Cuneese al Rhum' was born.
