Developed and tested in-house at Mercato, this is a proper chilli oil built from our own extra virgin olive oil. We couldn’t find one with the right balance of quality and heat, so we made it. Dorset naga chilli brings serious intensity, backed by clean, good olive oil. Use sparingly.
