Azzoni Prosciutti was founded in 1989 in the heart of the Marche region. Specialising in traditional cured meats, they use only 100% Italian pork from trusted regional farms. Their methods combine age-old recipes with strict quality control and traceability, with all curing done in-house. The result is a consistent, flavourful range of salumi, from pancetta and guanciale to spianata piccante and coppa, each reflecting the region’s proud gastronomic heritage.
