Includes: Coppa (sliced), Pecorino Durgali, Taleggio, Nocellara Olives and Panforte Margherita.
Cheeses are hand-cut, approx. 250g each. Coppa is sliced fresh to order.

This selection brings together trusted Italian producers from different regions, chosen for their commitment to traditional methods and regional character.
The cheeses are sourced from small dairies working with local milk and slow maturation. Pecorino Durgali comes from Sardinia, where sheep graze freely on aromatic pasture, while Taleggio is produced in northern Italy and matured to develop its distinctive soft texture and gentle, savoury depth.
The Coppa is carefully cured using traditional Italian salumi techniques, allowing time and natural maturation to develop its delicate marbling and balanced flavour.
Nocellara olives are grown in Sicily and prized for their bright green colour and firm, buttery flesh. Panforte Margherita comes from Siena, where this rich fruit and nut cake has been part of Tuscan confectionery tradition for centuries.
Together, the selection reflects the balance of flavours found on a classic Italian antipasto table.
