Azienda Agricola Lamacupa is a family estate based in Corato in Puglia, a region famous for producing powerful extra virgin olive oils. Working with carefully harvested olives and traditional cold extraction methods, the estate produces oils that reflect the bold character of southern Italy. Alongside classic oils, Lamacupa creates naturally flavoured oils by pressing olives together with fresh ingredients such as basil.
