The organic coffee beans are directly imported and roasted by Devon Coffee Company to Ilaria's stipulation, just before the 2nd 'crack', like the coffee in Verona where she is from - done the Italian way.

The Devon Coffee Company was born in 2011, since then we have grown from a co-operative of café owners looking to improve their coffee quality to a Specialty Coffee Roaster supplying and supporting over 100 businesses across the South West.
