Miele Acacia

Founded in 1941 in Siena, SALCIS began as a consortium of Tuscan butchers during wartime. Today, the company produces traditional Tuscan cured meats and cheeses using time-honoured recipes and local ingredients. Everything is made and matured in-house in Siena, from fresh salsiccia to Pecorino. Still family-run, SALCIS blends artisanal methods with regional pride – a benchmark for real Tuscan flavour.
