Fieschi has been making mostarda in Cremona since 1867. A specialist in this local tradition, they follow an old Cremonese recipe, candying selected fruits before preserving them in syrup flavoured with mustard. Over 150 years of experience behind a classic accompaniment to cheese and bollito misto.

Candied fruit 60% in varying proportions (apricots, tangerines, figs, pears, peach halves, sliced apple, cherries), glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), preservative: sulphur dioxide (E220), cherry colouring: E127; sugar, glucose syrup, mustard flavouring.
