About The Producer
In the 1940s Bruno Pasquinucci ran a small butcher’s shop with a curing room beneath his home in Castelfiorentino. His son Stefano took the craft to heart, expanding the family recipes into a dedicated salumificio that still champions true Tuscan methods. Today the second‑generation workshop, now a modern two‑storey facility just outside the old town, produces small‑batch cured meats recognised under the CE IT 9 3665 L stamp.
