About The Producer

Born in Turin in 1953, Pasticceria Racca grew from a small family workshop into a bakery celebrated for its Piedmontese panettone and classic pastries. Guided through generations and refreshed in 2024 with a renewed sense of purpose, Racca continues to craft honest, time-honoured sweets for Italy, Europe, and beyond.
