Just outside Siena, Fabbrica del Panforte revives the city’s historic dolci with small-batch care. Drawing on original recipes handed down by Sienese confectioners, the family-run bakery pairs strict respect for tradition with a quiet pursuit of new flavours, delivering each tray fresh and fragrant.

PANFORTE WITH FIGS AND WALNUTS. Bakery Product Ingredients: Candied fig 16% , citron and melon (Fruit, Glucose-frucstose syrup, Sucrose, Acidulant citric acid), WALNUTS 13% inverted sugar, Honey, Mixed spiced, Wafer (Potato starch, sunflower oil). May contain traces of SOY, HAZELNUTS, MUSTARD and MILK.
