Founded in 1940 in Tuscany, Salumificio Pasquinucci is a third-generation family business specialising in traditional Tuscan charcuterie. Using 100% Italian pork and natural casings, their cured meats are produced without additives or preservatives, relying on time, salt and tradition to develop flavour. Based in Montopoli in Val d’Arno, they are known for classics like finocchiona, salame toscano and hand-tied sausages, made in small batches with care.
