Tasting Notes – Vibrant ruby red with a slight garnet rim. Aromas of cherry, amarena and blueberry, layered with subtle spice and liquorice. Dry, warm and soft on the palate, with supple tannins and a long finish that balances ripe fruit and gentle spice.
Food Pairing – Roast or grilled red meats, mature cheeses such as Durgali or Parmigiano Reggiano
